Owllys first built print and packaging intelligence as one division among three. The questions printers and packaging teams ask are specific enough that they deserve their own brand, their own vocabulary and their own roadmap.

What is CMYK2?

CMYK2 is the packaging and print specialist of Owllys, a technology group of five specialist brands. It connects artwork and premedia, prepress and colour, production and press, and the numbers that run the business.

Who is CMYK2 for?

Commercial printers (sheet-fed and web), packaging converters (folding carton, labels, flexible and corrugated), and brand owners and packaging teams (artwork, variants, compliance and launches across markets).

Which products does CMYK2 make?

Seven. NPD, Packaging Studio and APMS run the packaging loop, brief to shelf. Print Estimation, Operix Print, PressPilot and PressConnect run the print loop, estimate to outcome.

Are the figures on this site customer results?

No. Figures tagged Target are design targets taken from our product specifications. They describe what each product is engineered to deliver; they are not reported customer results.

Does AI set prices or schedules?

No. Prices and schedules come from deterministic engines and solvers, not from a language model. AI is used for concepts, copy, layout and reading documents, and every gate that matters waits for a named person.

What changes in our systems on day one?

Nothing. We start by reading your files, quotes and schedules. Files go out as PDF/X-4, SVG, AI/EPS and CFF2 dielines, so your existing chain keeps working.

Which standards do the products implement?

Among them: PDF/X-4 with an ICC OutputIntent, ISO Coated v2 (FOGRA39), GRACoL 2013 CRPC6, CIEDE2000 ΔE, CFF2 dielines, EAN-13 / EAN-8 and GS1 GTIN rules, and coded rule packs for India, the EU, the UK and global standards. Roadmap items are listed separately.
